At the invitation of the Minister of Youth in charge of the Supreme Youth Council, Mr. Mustapha HIDAOUI, the Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction, Dr. Tarek KOUR, participated today, Saturday, 28 March 28, 2026, at the Sheraton Hotel in Algiers, in the official opening of the Arab Youth, Peace, and Security Forum.
The forum is organized by the Ministry of Youth in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) office in Algeria.
