At the gracious invitation of Professor Amar Hayaham, Rector of the University of Algiers 1 Benyoucef Benkhedda, the Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Addiction , Dr. Tarek KOUR, participated this Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the closing ceremony of the 2025-2026 academic year, held at the Faculty of Law in Saïd Hamdine.
On this occasion, the Director General delivered an awareness lecture in which he shed light on the dangers of drug abuse and the methods of prevention. This initiative aims to strengthen a culture of awareness and responsibility among students, in alignment with the educational and societal role undertaken by the university to protect its youth and reinforce the values of citizenship.
