On behalf of the Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction (ONLCDT), Dr. Tarek KOUR, the Acting Secretary General, Mr. Sofiane HANIFI, participated this Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in an awareness day organized at the Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology (USTHB). The event focused on combating drugs, smoking, and addiction under the theme: “Free Yourself, Addiction is Not the Solution.”
Through this participation, the Office reaffirms its steadfast commitment to supporting various initiatives aimed at building a conscious and drug-free society. On this occasion, the Office hosted an educational exhibition, a step that reflects its dedication to instilling a culture of prevention and enhancing community awareness.
