On behalf of the Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction, Dr. Tarek KOUR, the Head of the Directorate of Studies, Analysis, and Evaluation, Ms. Antar Alalia, delivered a lecture on 8 March 2026, at the Higher School of Magistracy (ESM).

The lecture, attended by third-year student judges, was titled: “The Institutional Framework for Addressing Addiction and Caring for Drug Users in Algeria: Reality and Challenges.”

This presentation is part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation between the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction and the Higher School of Magistracy.
