At the gracious invitation of Mr. Samir BOURAHIL, President of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, Dr. Tarek KOUR, Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction, participated today, Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the National Army Club in Beni Messous, in the proceedings of the study day entitled: “The Competent Authority Between Compliance Regulations for Personal Data Protection Rules and Implementation Challenges in Light of the Provisions of Law 18-07, Amended and Supplemented by Law 25-11.”

This participation comes within the framework of strengthening institutional coordination and keeping pace with modern legislative frameworks that ensure the protection of personal data and compliance with applicable laws.
