On behalf of the Director General of the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction, Dr. Tarek KOUR, Mr. Saadi Tayeb, Deputy Director of Research and Documentation, participated on 16 February, 2026, in the proceedings of a study day entitled: “The Role of Social Institutions in Developing Youth Awareness.”
The event was organized by the Es-Salama Association for the Prevention of Risks and Social Scourges, in coordination with Ahmed Zabana University – Relizane.
